UBS 25th Annual Nordic Financial Services Conference 2022
Members of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce are invited to take part in the annual UBS Nordic Financial Services Conference – this year taking place physically.
What a difference a year makes. At the time of the conference, last year optimism was brewing on the back of the vaccine rollout and post-COVID recovery. Fast forward a year and we have a war in Europe, a cost of living crisis brought on by a sharp rise in inflation, and fears of recession. Interest rates have started or are expected to start to rise across the region. While historically a positive for banks, it will further increase pressure on consumers. The Nordic financials stand strong, with good profitability and solid balance sheets.
The conference offers a great opportunity to discuss with the key Nordic banks and div fins, to address these seismic changes in the market.
To provide an exceptional conference experience, UBS will host a full program of company presentations as well as 1-on-1 / small group meetings in a face-to-face and virtual format.
