The Board of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce would like to extend our warmest gratitude to Anne Brennwald, who after many years of loyal service now has chosen to step down as Managing Director. Anne has played an integral role in the strategic transition and development of the Chamber, both as Managing Director and previously as Chairperson and Board Member. Her dedication and thought leadership have been highly appreciated. We are deeply grateful for her many contributions and wish her all the best in the future.
At the same time, as of February 1st, we are very excited to welcome Roland-Philippe Kretzschmar as our new Managing Director. Mr. Kretzschmar, has previously served on the Board of Directors between 2015-2016 and brings to the Swiss Chamber of Commerce extensive expertise in business innovation, strategic transformation, and cultural advisory services.
With a diverse career spanning leadership roles in multinational corporations, the cultural sector, and digital transformation, he is uniquely qualified to advance the Swiss Chamber of Commerce mission of strengthening Swiss-Swedish business relations. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and expertise he will add, as well as to him strengthening our ongoing mission of delivering outstanding value to our members.

Anne will remain engaged with the Chamber until the end of March to ensure a smooth transition and to give her successor, Roland-Philippe Kretzschmar, the best possible start in his new role.
