In partnership with the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Advance , we have the pleasure of inviting you to a highly important webinar about gender equality and workplace inclusiveness, taking place on 11 February 2021.
The issue of gender equality and women’s participation in work life has been high on the agenda this year in Swiss society. Especially during the challenging times of Covid-19 pandemic I&D has proven to be a powerful enabler of business performance and progressive Swiss corporations have been instrumental for this development.
At the same time, up north in Sweden, many companies have implemented measures that bring the desirable impact as well.
At the upcoming Advance, Swedish Embassy in Bern and Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce event, we will compare notes and will shine light on initiatives that help to create more inclusive workplaces. Representatives from Swiss and Swedish companies will speak about their companies’ journeys towards gender equality, how they have moved from intentions to concrete actions and lessons learnt along the way.
